Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

• Price
• Delivery method
• Access instructions

3. When You Might Request a Refund

You can contact me if:

• You paid but did not receive the product
• You received the wrong product
• A technical problem prevents access to a purchased product
• You were charged more than once for the same purchase

5. Duplicate Payments

If you paid for a product but cannot access your purchase, contact me first.

Please do not purchase the same product again before contacting support about an access problem.

Payment records and transaction details might be handled by the payment provider. Refund processing might follow the provider's procedures.

8. Refund Approval

A refund request does not mean a refund is automatically approved.

Each request is reviewed using the purchase details, product type, delivery status, and reason for the request.
